Default trailer hubs

I need to replace the 5 lug hubs on my 2 axle trailer, since they are about 20 years old and keep "shedding" bearing buddies. Since there does not seem to be any part number anywhere on the hubs, I am not exactly sure how you match the new and the old.

The bearings are 1 1/4", which are found easily enough. However, I have checked a the bigger websites but and I can't seem to find a replacement hubs.

Any help is appreciated.

As Anothergirl say's. You will be able to find them at most trailer repair places. Use the link that Anothergirl to deturmine what you need. They have an exclent site on How To's. If you look around you should be able to find them Hot Diped Galvinized. That will make your trailer look better too.

Make that an even three for Champion Trailers. Good people. They don't charge an arm and a leg, either.

If the hubs are in good condition, and you want to save some cash; remove them, clean them, and drill some holes over the bearing buddy flanges. Then drill smaller pilot holes through the bearing buddies and secure them in the greased and assembled hubs with stainless sheet metal screws.

Just an option...

you can score the outside surface of the bearing buddy the faces the inside of the hub with a chisel. the burr will stop it from vibrating off. doesn't harm the inside of the hub
