Default Fuel filters and fuel injector problems

I have F-150 and got bad fuel with some water and debris. It got past filter and into injectors. What is best filter for this problem and since I am getting some small particles in injectors should I go the whole 9 yards and empty tank and start over. The particle look like rust or something and are in PST tank by injectors. Other than that life is great on the Lake.

Do you have a racor or similar type of in line filter before the motor? If so not sure how rust/water got past it unless it got so full of water it then let it by. Or do you just have the motor mounted filter which is not going to block this.

Best bet is to drain and clean tank, filter, probably vst tank and clean your injectors. What kind of fuel tank do you have?
