whats up with one hatch facing aft on the roof? is this for air to circulate when your doing 30kts. in reverse?

Boat show is starting now until Sunday in Boston, the Scout dealer will be there, I hope to find out more about it...and yes I would love to have it!

Headroom is good in cabin and head as I remember. I'm 5'10" and had no problems......

RE: Scout 295 Abaco (New 29) That is sweet....Thanks for the sneak preview! The cockpit looks to be about the same size as my 280V..hard to say without specs..but I dig the tv!.. I also wish there was enough dash space on the 280 for the E120..The 80 was the biggest I could fit..great lookin rig, thanks again for posting..

My hatches are the same as the 295, one for intake & the other for exhaust. That makes sense to me for getting rid of gases.
