replaceing console door

I have a sea hunt boat cc and frame for console door is chiping away.sea hunt sent new frame ,but i must remove old door.The frame is powdered coated aluminum and the screws are stainless steel.The screws cant be removed,i assume corroded in place any suggestions to remove door from frame thanks, Doug
