To give you an idea, I bought a 23' whaler in 2001. It was a 2000 with twin 130 Yamahas and most whaler options. It was in exceptional shape. No radar. I bought it for $35K.

First, i think that in 2003 it is a 24 outrage----2002 was a 23---with a high retail
of $36000 w/o trailer

VERIFY THE ENGINE HOURS with a download of the ECM---Also, look at NADA for a
ballpark price.NAda IMO is normally on the low side

Search Boatrader and Yachtworld. Take the average for the 03's and offer 5K less.

Be prepared for the rough Whaler ride. I owned a 23' BW Conquest .......simply a terrible ride in anything over 2'ers.

Nada is useless.. See whats out there on the market and make an offer. Considering that it is the end of boating season in a lot of places AND people cannot use their houses are boat financing anymore... Make it low.
