What is the difference between the two?

I am trying to order something from an ad that says Boater's World Marine Centers on top and that tells me to shop at BoatersWorld.com. However BoatersWorld.com has no idea of the promotion and may not honor it- they say the ad is from a separate company. If I go to the Boaters World Marine Center website it says Customers can . . . visit www.boatersworld.com. If I call the phone number it says welcome to Boaters World and I don't have the option of speaking with someone.

What am I missing?

The internet site is run by a different group than the retail stores. Ritz camera is the same way. The promos are different and if you have a problem with an online order, you can't get it handled at a retail store. PIA. I won't order online from either of them any more.
