Did you get to board the boat?if so what did you think about it.Did you notice what they are asking for it?Once again thanks for taking your time to look at the boat for me.Bob
I just climbed the steps to get the picture, I didn't board it. Didn't notice the price. I didn't spend much time checking it out. So many boats, so little time.
Price $109900, (boatshow special)?
The hull is not stepped, those are notches.
Nice lookin boat, how does that song go
If I had a million dollars _ _ _! I'd probably get the Henriques 50' express.
Seaswirl is getting a little nuts with there prices. If im going to spend that much money I`ll get a nice used diesel powered rig.Well time to start on plan B a good used 29 phoenix.thanks for the info guys.
I climbed around a bit on it yesterday too. Got a few pictures, but closeups of fishboxes which were very small, and mine are small, these were really small. I like the interior layout, very roomy for weekending, but lots of gaudy stuff, monkey hair on the ceiling?? Just don't understand why some fishing boats are still coming with that stuff on it?? Can you say stained and moldy? But anyway, the head and interior had lots of room and well thought out I though. Hardware is mid-grade, not top notch, but not bottom either.
I did not look very closely at the construction of it, so won't comment. The bilge (and it's components had VERY nice access via a flip down stern enclosure. BUT, there is WAY too much crap in the bilge. Batteries, wiring harness, pumps, electronics.... all of it will be wet all of the time and rusted in a very short period of time. The helm was kinda cheapy looking, but I didn't look very closely at it. The hartop and pipe work looked great, no problems with any of that.
Here's the pictures to back it up. The flip up bilge access with too much "crap" in it, and here's a closeup of the notches you guys were talking about.
It was a nice show. I was there yesterday and it was a bit crowded. Thats what I get for going on Sunday. Got a great deal on the Garmin 2010 mono I was looking for. $1199.00 with no tax. There was a bit of a price war between dealers.
