Yamaha fuel management Question

I recently repowered from a Yamaha 2 stroke 250 to a Yamaha f250. The fuel management- gallons burned was spot on every tuna trip. Now its off by -5-10%-any ideas on how to get it back on track??Yesterdays run used 98 gallons gallons but guage read 92. Mark
