Default Comments on this leaning post?

I kinda like it. Less of an obstruction moving around the cockpit.

I like the fact there is not a bar restricting you from slideing the cooler out to open and use....

The high rod holders might hurt some when you slam into them ....down side is the lack of flip down foot rest...and they should have made the storage box the full width.....

Good looking though...

Agreed. Lack of a backrest also. Would rather see rounded corners on that top bar. I know my hip bones would find those for sure.

Very nice shape, but they killed it by not putting a backrest.

I like the under seat storage, but with everyone else, I'd want a back rest.

Agree with the above:

1. The top corners need to be rounder or when it's choppy and you are walking around the back of the LP, you will wish they were. Maybe even a problem when you are walking around it when it is at the dock
2. And I would ask the manufacturer why the underseat storage box is so small.
3. And why no backrest?
4. And why no footrest?

Ditto. With only two mounting points if there are two people on the post and you take a good hit that is a bunch of stress on those points. I think I would definitely want that mounted with a significant backing placed and through bolted. I would think that a back rest could be fabricated to somehow mount to the front of the rod holders?

I think this one is more form than function.
