Default Vinyl Repair Kit?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but every time I try to do a search anymore on THT I get "HTTP Server Errors"...so please excuse me if I'm being redundant.

My used skiff I bought has a few slight tears/cuts in some of the vinyl leaning pads.

Q: What vinyl repair kits have you used in the past to self-perform a repair and do you have any pointers for the same.

Thanks for your time.
