Should I drill a drain hole in these trailer crossmembers?

The Galvanized Axles have drain holes in them as does all the Galvanized crossmembers on my Magic Tilt trailer but these 2 aluminum crossmembers have no holes and I worry about water being trapped in the "U" of the drop and just sitting in there doing it's thing. Should I drill a drain hole in the center of them?

No sense in hauling around water and if it is salt flavor it will do a job on any metal. I had to drill my Continental cross beams, I know time is money but the factorys shoud take some responsability in making a better product. Drill bottom center what does't drain will get pulled out when you tow.
