Raymarine A-65 Compact Flash Card question

I downloaded the Ray Tech Planner and loaded some GPS #s into the software. I now need to export into a compact flash card. There seems to be a lot of choices in flash cards.

1) Which flash card will work for exporting GPS#s and A-65 software updates?

2) Will I need to format the flash card?

3) Once I export the numbers on the flash card, and I insert the flash card into the A-65, is the data transfer automatic?

1) any CF card should work, dont spend for a huge one unless you have another use for it, camera, or what have you.
2) I did not when I updated my software but Im not sure about planner use.
3) I think there is a menu that will guide you as there was for the updated SW
