I would like to rent a boat slip in or around Ponce Inlet, FL for 6months or 1year. at least a 25 Ft slip.

Did you try Cape Marina, they might have a slip. It's where I have my boat and they are very good people 321-783-8410. They are on the ocean side of the locks and it's a 10 min run in the no wake zone to wot.
The other marina is Newport but they are going private and don't know how long they will keep w/o buying. Here is the number to ask if you want 321-784-5788

Inlet Harbor, Ponce Inlet, FL has new slips coming available (construction is just completing) and I believe dry storage is available too.
