Are you asking about the 'express' or the Offshore 'center console'? Keeping in mind that the Offshore Center Console is a walk-around (just to keep things confusing).

Great boat. Did a forward seating upgrade on the passenger side that was a lifesaver. Very nice change. Pursuit's best fishing oriented boat in my mind with the cockpit and built in fish box with insulation. Storage under electric ram is awesome mid boat. The downside is the mid berth is for a midget. Great boat for 2 people to fish for extended periods. Pursuit just laid drawings on the net for a 31 to replace it. Unfortunately more cruise and less fish is what I hear. Big mid berth and 2 inches more beam. Composite windshield is a nice touch. For us we trailer and it is hands down the best trailerable express boat. Period.

Any specific questions I would be happy to answer.

I have the express 3070 offshore. good range and nice fishing setup for me. the performance numbers from pursuits website are very accurate. the boat is wellmade and I have enjoyed mine. what will you be using it for? we have long runs to the stream here and I would prefer the F250s over the F225s for a little more speed on good days. feel free to ask any questions

This looks like a real nice boat. How does it handle the 2-4 foot tight chop ? When going offshore, even on picture perfect days you get those conditions coming or going.
It looks like it might need a deeper v in the front to get a good offshore ride.
The contruction looks top notch. I'm kinda looking a used boats in this size range.

The 3070 has a VERY sharp entry that really slices chop. It has a much better ride than any Grady-White WA that I've ridden on. It's also a very heavy boat which helps smooth out the chop at the expense of fuel economy. The 3070 hull was not designed to get up on top of 3-4' chop like the 24/25 degree center consoles so you have to back off the throttle in 3/4' and chug along at a comfortable 18-22 mph.

The 3070 Offshore CC is very fishing friendly while also seating up to 6 people sheltered from the elements on the helm deck (at the expense of some cabin space).

Here's the bow of our boat when it was hauled to have the bottom repainted.

One wolf has it right on. Also note that there are two different Express models out their. For about a year Pursuit introduced the Express with a dinette and forward berth. That model did not last long as it does not have much kitchen space. I think that was 2004. The Offshore CC is an interesting model that I wish they still made. Looks very fishy. Good Boat.

If anyone is looking for one of these I just traded one. The boat is a 2003 3070 Offshore (which is the center helm setup) with T-225 Yamaha Four Strokes. Super clean with great electronics. Email me if interested. blogue@sjmarina.com. I've run the boat and was very impressed.

I have one of those for sale with a gen and 10000 btu ac that cools the helm! It's a great boat. I put 600 hours on it in 2 seasons; added the gen and ac for overnights. My family and I love this boat. We wanted a bigger boat, so we moved up.

I run the 3070 OS CC. I LOVE the CC and the protection that the full windshield offers. I moved up from a CC for a more family-friendly boat & this boat fits the bill perfectly.

I almost bought the 2870 OS CC, but it did not have the full windshield that the 3070 offers & I'm glad I made the choice. It really extends my season on the Bay. When it gets colder, I put up the side curtains & have only used the front curtain once.

The F225's are VERY economical & make the boat perform well. Given the choice (no choice at the time), I would go with the newer F250's.

I find the cabin too small (I find any boat less than 100' too small to stay on) and use it for storage

The only thing I hate about the boat is the fact that both the livewell pump & washdown pump are in the stern bilge and are completely inaccessible. It is going to be a big job to replace them

Overall I highly recommend the boat, and although I don't like the side helm of the newer boats they are finished even nicer than mine
