Default Great Customer Service

I just wanted to share something good in the way of service.

I had lost the rubber tip on my Metz antenna and a the dust cover end cap on a Pflueger Reel. Both small items that you tend to not think about. I sent e-mails to both Metz and Phlueger asking for the parts. Figure why not. Less than a week latter I get both items sent to the house no charge.

These were tiny items but it means a lot when you get service like this. You know where my money is going next time I need products you guys make.
