150 is too big for my boat and a 115 may be a liitle too small.

in venezuela you can still purchase the 130 v4. yamaha DID NOT quit making them nor stern drives. they did quit importing them to the US. you can also still get the 200 carbed yamaha.
dunno what the rules are for private imports to the US but the engine sells with prop,controls and guages for about 7000.

the yam 130v4 is an outstanding engine mine is twelve years old. a few years ago the therm stats went. Our mech said it will run better without them. Top speed went from 37-44 unloaded 1 person. Not a problem to be found. Take care of it and it'll take care of you. It's on an 18' Hewes Redfisher.
