leaning post/rocket launcher for 21' Parker SE needed

I would like to install one of these on my boat. I would prefer that it have storage under the seat and the option of adding a back rest. I planning on selling this boat within the next 12 months so something that adds to the boat w/o breaking the bank would be nice. Suggestions?

Friend of mine is considering a hard-top for his WA. So far the best deal I have found for him is through Atlantic Towers or you could try these guys http://www.marconlq.biz I checked them for a hard-top and they wanted what he could get a new one for from Atlantic Towers.
