Original Plans/Drawings for a lighthouse?

I'm in the early stages of a project and was wondering who, if anybody, would have original or copies of construction drawings for specificlighthouses? The actual lighthouse I'm speaking of is Bloody Point Bar on the Chesapeake. Coast Guard, maybe??
