Default Best product for getting grease stains off the non-skid deck?

Two weeks in the boatyard, me and the mechanics crawling in and out of the bilge. Deck has greasy footprints all over it; what's the best product to use to cut it with the least amount of elbow grease?

Start with GoJo or Orange mechanic hand cleaner and a soft brush with just enough water to move the solution. After that go to a mixture of laundry detergent with bleach and Borax and hot water. Move the solution around the deck over and over. Dont bust your azz scrubbing, just work it around with a soft deck brush and let the soap and water work. It will come clean.

Amazing Roll-Off

Wet deck, spray, brush, rinse

Mineral spirits or paint thinner.
will virtually disolve grease on contact
just cleaned my grease encrusted bilge and was the best product of the four that I tried.

there are literally hundreds of products that will do the job to cut grease and dirt - fortunaltey most are avialalbe at the grocery store at 1/4 the cost of marine stores - 2 that come to mind on the grocer's shelves are Simple Green, and Greased Lightning....follow with Woody wax applied correctly and you won't have this problem again - email me for woody wax instructions.....

I second the Simple Green. I'm a messy mechanic and Simple Green has always fixed my greasy mistakes. Just wet it down, spray it on, scrub with a brush to get the deep spots, then hose it off.

I thought Simple Green was BS - biodegradable, available at grocery stores, not that expensive - until I tried it in my bilge. I poured a little, mixed it with water, let it set overnight and in the morning you could eat off it. It is amazing stuff. And, it doesn't leave the oily film that mineral spirits will leave. And, if the SG doesn't get the oil off, a little mineral spirits will work as well, but you'll have to use Dawn dishwashing soap to remove the oily film.
