Default Tiara 3300 flybridge

I found a 1986 Tiara 3300 Flybridge for sale. 454 Crusader engines. I like the cockpit layout and size, but I don't know anything about the boat. I believe, from everything I read, that Tiara is a quality Company but just how does this boat perform? Anyone with knowledge please respond.
Thanks.

"The Powerboat Guide" by Ed McKnew and Mark Parker says that that boat is "thirty-three feet of solid construction and good performance." The 454's should cruise around 20-21 knots. By the way, anyone contemplating buying a powerboat should get this book (actually, I think the newest edition is split into two books). A little expensive, but jam packed with information.

FIN
My P/K books are '96 edition. How often do they come out? I have Sportfishing Boats 28'-82', '75 to Current; and Family and Express Cruisers-'75 to Current

I've got a very similar setup in a Wellcraft Coastal 33' with the Crusaders (mine are 502's). Good engines, but they LOVE gas. I would expect at 20 knots, you'll be doing about 40 gph.

Have seen the Albin 32+2 compared to the Wellcraft in a magazine & we have compared our 32+2 side by side with the Tiara. With a single diesel the Albin operating costs are embarassingly cheap compared to the gas boats. It also has waaay more cabin space than both. With a single the 32+2 is much slower but with those gas bills who wants to go fast? The Albin is a bit of a Tortoise. While the gas guzzlers are waiting in line at the fuel dock the diesel keeps going. 260gal runs you an awful long way.
