Default Contender 25 Open
Picked up the new ride w/250 Yamaha 4 stroke's. Had Scott @ Bluewater Tower's build me an awesome t/top & install the leaning post. Put Raymaine C-120 w/radar & vhf radio. Will put her in the water tomorrow. I know alot of of people have this boat w/200 hpdi's & I know how it run's as i just sold 1 w/them. I like not having to deal w/oil & the 250's are nice & quite.

The new 25 is designed with four strokes in mind. The loa on this boat is 28'.

If you think that is suprising, you should see the Sea King 230 (Kencraft) with twin 250s. A 23' with 500HP is quite a site.

It would be great if you could post some numbers about the F250s when you get it in the water. Also, the comparison between the new (07) and old 25 open.
