Default Any opinions on a Sea Boss 255 WA ?

Moving up from a 21cc to a walkaround. There are some real good deals on the 2006 Sea Boss 255 w/twin 115 Merc 4 strokes (0 hours), but I don't know much about them. I'm just looking for some input/opinions on Sea Boss and maybe some expierences with the company. The other boat in my crosshairs is a 2001 Robalo 2640 WA with twin 2001 225 optimaxs with around 152 hours and new lower units. I can get the Sea Boss for about the same price as the 2001 Robalo. What do you think?
Thanks

I'm very familiar with the Sea Boss line. Spent numerous hours on an '04 21CC. I also rent a slip to a friend with an '05 25CC. As was mentioned they are the sister company of Sea Pro. Several years ago, they retooled the Sea Pro line, and sent the old molds to another factory to produce a value priced line. If you see a five or six year old Sea Pro on the water, it is identical to the Sea Boss. After over 300 hours on the 21 CC, trips offshore of over 30 miles, there is not a single stress crack in the hull. Fit and finish is slightly above average, with only some minor issues on hinge screw installation from the factory. Both the 21 and 25 are relatively light boats, with only a 17 and 18 degree deadrise respectively, which contributes to some pounding offshore when the seas get above 1-3 foot. Do a search, as there have been several threads in the past year or so about the Sea Boss line. Despite some people's opinion, I can tell you from experience the boat has been a dependable, solid value.
