Pursuit 300o Express-Opening Engine Hatch Farther

Has any one made any changes to thier engine hatch so it opens further or opens further in the front?

I'm thinking of making some extensions to the opener rods to make them extend more or coming up with a deal to raise the front (hinged) side 4-5".

If you have worked on one, you know what I'm thinking.

Are you talking about the engine hatch or the bridge deck?

The access to the engines for maintenance or repair. I guess its the deck as well.

Does your bridge deck have the microswitch shut off assembly or do your lifters just "top out"?
