new searay 27 amberjack fish vs 26 century wa with twins

We've been to a couple of boat shows and are thinking of purchasing one of these boats. Any thoughts?

Way offshore the twin outboards would give a nice feeling of security for the Century. The Amberjack will likely impress visitors more. If possible, get demos with both.

Yankee, two nice boats, I've operated both. Amberjack is more of an all around boat, fish and family sleep on, Century is more fish oriented. Maybe figure out how many times you'll got the canyons and how many times loca, coastal runs and sleepovers and decide.
