Atlantic City Boat Show Vs. NYC Boat Show

I have never been to the AC boat show. I go every year to the NYC boat show. I have no interest in looking at the boats per se ( I am not in the market), but I do enjoy looking at the booths. Is there much difference, or any at all, in the booth displays between the NYC show and the AC show worth the 3 hour ride each way from the Long Island to go to the AC show.

Just looking at the floorplan for the AC Boat Show it looks like their are about 200 booths

Never been to the NY show, but the AC show is the same as any other I have been with respect to vendors. Usual stuff, boat lettering, boat insurance, boat financing, boat lifts, boat clothing, boat covers, marinas, along with all the engine mfg's, electronics suppliers, tower builders, tackle suppliers, rod builders, etc. Oh and don't forget the jewelry and miracle wax/tarnish remover/glass cleaner booths Seriously, I do like browsing the booths, and maybe you would see something a local vendor that did not attend the NY show might offer that interests you.

I found the AC show to be a better show with more vendors and better displays.

Hands down AC is better than NY.

For boats I would agree that Ac is better than NYC. But for the booths and vendors I don't think the difference is as big. Many of the same vendors are at both.
