Default Yamaha 704 Cutout

What is the cut-out dimensions for the 704 top-mount binnacle control?

Should be a template in the 704 manual. If not have a dealer make a copy.

Thanks Abah -

Unfortunately I don't have the 704 yet. I'm trying to do the fiberglass work on a CC in preparation for the install of a 704. I've looked on Yamaha's webpage and there is no schematic for the cut-out. Anyone else?

chrisrack,

I'm in the same situation you are, but I have a 2003 Yamaha Rigging Guide that gives the following dimensions to the centers of the 6mm (.24 inches) diameter holes that the pattern shows in each corner of the cutout for the 704: center to center lenght wise is 118mm (4.64 inches) and center to center width wise is 49mm (1.92 inches).
