Craig-
I have that same console but from a 2200CC- love the unique shape and dash.
Is your current teak louvered door beyond repair? They come apart relatively easily (I believe no glue) and can be sanded, finished, and re-installed. You could also easily machine a new door and frame using starboard to match with woodworking tools.
The guys on classicmako are currently joining forces for a block-buy of custom teak louvered doors from an outfit in St Pete FL. You could jump on that for what sounds like $150 each.

You can also check out Birdsall, command center, nautical design, ebay, and other places.
I am restoring my old console for sale, since I am building a new custom one from scratch to accommodate my electronics.... thus I can't part with the door I have. I wish I had the time or I could offer to build some for you out of teak, fiberglass, or starboard.
