New Key West Bay Boat - 176 Bay Reef

For those who have an interest in Key West boats, they'v got a new entry in their Bay Reef line - the 176. There isn't any info on their web site yet, I was checking it out during the Raleigh boat show.

This one has a narrower console than the 186/196, the rod holders aren't integrated into the console, they bolt on like on the 1720. There is rod storage in the boat sides as well. There are livewells on the aft port and starbord. They've moved the battery to the middle, underneath a single fishing chair spot. Access is via a vertical hatch. No center baitwell jutting forward a little as in the 186/196

Max power is 140 HP, max weight is 1500 lbs. Draft is 10", supposedly weighs in at 1400 lbs.

It looks like a nice boat, a good addition to the Bay Reef line for those who don't want/need the bigger boats.

Looked nice to me as well, seemed a little pricy though.
