I have an accepted offer on a 2001 Pursuit 3000 Express. Survey will hopefully be tomorrow...if she checks out, it will be my new baby!!!

My friend has the same boat with volvo diesels.
Very nice riding boat soft entry.
Gas milage was o.k. with the diesels
But it held plenty of fuel to go to hudson canyon and back..
plenty of fishing room and storage..

Good job! He finally caved in! Did you tell him insurgents are attacking the oil supply in Africa and that gas could go up to $6 per gallon? I'm serious! It's happening but I doubt they will be successful.

first guy did not cave,,,,bought the same boat elsewhere

Ride at the helm and in the cockpit is very smooth.
down in the cabin was alittle bouncey but other than downeasters
most boats are.
Why didn't you want a diesel?
Hard to get up there?

diesels were not a consideration for me as I could not justify the premium for the few hours the boat will sea each season.
This boat does not exist in my neck of the woods. The only other Pursuit this size is a 3070
