Default Shearwater - help

I am in Maryland and I have been looking at the Shearwater Z2400 vs the Triton 240LTS. There is a local Triton dealer and I test drove a 220LTs. The closest Shearwater dealer is in NC and I was planning to drive there and test run a Shearwater. I'm wondering if anyone on this forum that has a Shearwater may be closer to me than NC. I have spoken to the sales rep and he does not know of any. Thanks

bayfish, I'll be happy to go across the road and test run one of the Z2400's for you.

Seriously though I can vouch for the guys here at Boats Unlimited and the Shearwater from a friend that bought one. The cool thing about coming down to NC is that you can have them dump a 24 Shearwater and a 24 LTS and run them back to back and then write the check for the one you like best.

Bayfish, I can second that. I own a SW2200Z w 225Proxs I was the first in the area and one of my friends got one after going out in mine. It all boils down in what you want and the type of fishing you do. I stay in shore 95.5% of the time and I have own a Gambler bass boat in the pass (Same CO). I love the boat but as far as I am concerned there is no comparison in the two boats. One is mostly for one application and the other is for a second. It’s all up to what you want. As far as me, you can’t go wrong with the Shearwater & I will promise you these guys at Boats Unlimited are some fine people and will take care of you. Just ask for Jerry or Chris!! If you need any info or test run/fishing event ect. Please let me know. fbroadhurst@suddenlink.net
