Yamaha 300hpdi Water Pressure.

What should the water pressure be on a 2006 Yamaha 300 HPDI. It runs cool but the wate presssure is about 2-5psi at idle and about 10 psi at WOT. IS this normal.

It is on mine. I have a 2005 300 HDPI on a Skeeter ZX24

That makes me feel a whole lot better. I just found it strange to have such low PSI but it is what it is.

Look at your water intakes. I believe in 2006 they changed them to high speed intakes. It only has 5 or 6 holes instead of a mesh of holes.
