Default JUST ARRIVED....my new BlackLab Plate Alloy 26 footer!!!!!

I won't take up alot of bandwidth, but just wanted to mention to all the Pacific/BlackLab Marine fans out there that .......... WOW, I LOVE MY BOAT!

Ordered it: July 20th
Delivered to my drive way: Oct 19th
-One day less than exactly 3 months....does it get any better for a customized bad a$$ boat like these?

Mine is a near-coastal - St. Johns River/inlet charter boat here in Jacksonville, Florida.

Yes, I'm recieving stares and glares. Probably from envy!

And what a boat. It's hard to say all the things that make the big bad 26 footer so unique and special.

But durability is what I wanted and no maintenance and a life time boat.

It's matched up with my first 4 stoker ever a Honda 225.
And man am I impressed!

Here's more & some photo's of it just as it arrived, on my NEWS PAGE. http://www.captdaves.com/news.htm

Take a look, but don't touch. She's all mine!

Thanks for the pic up-load.

Yep at 45 years old, I needed to make a choice and quick like!! To make it all worth it.
And being in the fishin biz, well.....I wanted fuel efficiant, tuff, and low maintenance.

It was time for a change. (although I still am a proud owner of a very nice 23 CC MayCraft, because I will not give it away!)

Yes sir, this boat you see has been in the planning stages for (3) years.
I went thru every senerio.....what happens if J-ville gets slammed by a hurricane, what happens if the Luxury business goes belly up, what happens if bird flu kills all tourist travel?

My mind went crazy! But now there will be two of us in this area. Capt Tom of Amelia Island, Fl will be recieving his 26 soon to do physically challenged charters. And its about time. People in wheel chairs like to fish too!

Any other Florida Plate alloy Fans out there, hiding behind fiberglass hulls?
If so, it's safe to come out now......Florida anglers can too own the dream.

I love my lil metal boat.. No gelcoat, no hairline cracks, no gashed bottom gelcoat from fellow waterfront owner's floating trash.

Congratulations, Capt Dave - looks like a rugged and efficient vessel, and sure will stand out down there in FL, which can't be a bad thing for business either. Best of luck with her!

Beautiful. As I am not familiar with the boat, I have a question.
Is there a concern with dis similar metals and such, and her being aluminum, and sitting in salt? Or any form of electrolysis from trickling of the batteries?

Thanks, enjoy her!
