Less H.P. prop size change? - The Hull Truth

I am replacing a 175H.P. motor with a 150H.P. motor. I was running a 19" prop with the 175. How much will I need to drop in prop size from the 175 to the 150.

My guestimate is 2" in pitch, assuming the 19" pitch prop was the correct one for your 175.

The 19" turned 5500 rpm's on the 175.

which motor was the 175 and which is going to be the 150.
Check the gear ratio's on the motors as well. That can change a few things
