 great customer service
I have a battery charger jump starter that I bought from Sam's about 5 years ago
it has always worked great
it has a little switch on the front to adjust the charge rate
the switch came apart, thereby rendering the charger unworkable
I looked up the company on the internet
called the customer service yesterday afternoon and of course had to leave a message, so I did
10:15 this morning the guy calls me back
I tell him my problem, he says "no problem, give me your address, and I will send you out a new switch today" no charge. the thing is 5 years old. the attitude the guy had was like he was real sorry the thing broke, and somehow should of known it was gonna break and was sorry he didnt get me a new switch sent out just before the old one broke.
Schumacher was the maker
its not even a fancy expensive charger, I think it was less than $50
