Default Shinnecock Canal Vertical Clearance?

My chart shows an overhead power cable at 23' on the North side of the lock. Is there a 23' vertical clearance restriction there? I seem to recall none and a lot of the sportfish yachts heading north would appear to exceed that vertical restriction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
