Folding Radar Mount

I'll be getting my radome back soon from repair after hitting a local bridge. For future bridge squeezes, I'd like to remount the dome with a fold-away mount that swings the dome forward and below the level of the hardtop. Thinking I could use the existing hardtop base mount bracket (see photo) and install 2 long locking pins that would go through the radome bracket for quick release. Looking for recommendations or folding hardware/products - I assume something like this would have to be custom? Any other ideas?
