I had to contact ITT Industries about my wash down pump quitting. They said to send it back to the QC dept to be checked out.A week later they told me they would replace it at no charge under warranty. That was 4 weeks ago and I called them today and they are saying it will be another 6 weeks before it is in because it is coming out of Mexico. Is this crazy or what?I could go to any Boaters World and buy it off the shelf but through the mfg it takes 10 weeks. Is it me or is this crazy. Talk about bad C.S.
Sorry to hear about your pumps,, buy one locally and keep the warranty replacement as a back up,, Certainly not the best CS. But none the less, you need the wash down for easier boating.

Is ITT the people making the Jabsco par max. If so I had great CS from them I had a new par max 8 pump fail within the 1st hour of use. They found out there is a problem with the check valve design and wont have a fix until later this year. They sent me a new parmax 4 for free to hold me over untio the get the par max 8 desing right. Got my parmax 4 pump in 4 days and then 2 weeks later another new parmax 4 pump showed up. Still waiting on the par max 8 and last I herd they were still working on the debug. The parmax 8 work great for that 1st hour then it would not cut off automatcly. I got by for a while just toggling it on and off.
