Default Trailer parts

My trailer for my 20' Grady needs alot of work. Everything that's not galvanized is rusted bad (leaf springs, all u-bolts and brackets for the bunks, nuts and bolts). Where is the best place to get galv. trailer parts? And what do I do about the leaf springs? Are there galvanized leafs available? Thanks, Ed

Never seen galvanized springs but if you spray CRC on them or I have heard wiping them down a couple of times a year with burnt motor oil. What kind of trailer is under your Grady? When I need trailer parts I always go to www.easternmarine.com. They are located in Delaware and do not charge sales tax!

I think that CRC Corrosion Inhibitor is probably the best treatment. I did a lot of work on my old EZ Loader last spring, including new leaf springs. I painted them with the spray galvanized paint and I noticed that between the leaves is rusting (boat used in salt water). Also added disc brakes, new idler hubs and tail light kit and master cylinder. I got my stuff at Eastern Marine (Trailer Parts Superstore).
