Engine Mounting Holes

I have heard that the mounting holes for a 2 stroke(HPDI) vs 4 stroke Yamaha are different. What about the mounting holes on a 4 stroke Suzuki 250? Do they match holes from either Yamaha Or Mercury?

Hello I upgraded from 02 Johnsons to 06 Suzukis and the holes were head on. I know a few people who replaced Yamahas with Suzukis and did not hear about any mounting problems.
