No thanks, its nice to visit every two years but I could live up there. Maybe if I had a nice house on the lake I must say this, its the only part of the country I have been to which has consistently excellent restaurants. Been to Meredith, North Conway and Jackson dozens of times and never had a bad meal

Yeah it is a beautiful state and Lake Winnipesaukee is awesome. What I like best about it is, it's ( for me ) an hour to the mountains, an hour to the ocean, an hour to Boston. All different directions but all right there.

About 10 years ago I almost took a job with a company in Meredith, glad I didn't found out a month or so ago they are moving to Manchester

Correct......or as I still refer to them as Vutek....I was not a huge fan of the buyout, nor some of the people they brought in, but I'm over that. I'm still surprised at the move, supposedly being in Manchester will get them higher quality programers. Do you work for them?

No, but it is a small state and I live in Manchester and my brother lives in Meredith so I heard about it. Manchester has been growing rapidly in terms of job growth over the last few years so I do not know if their plan will work but I can see the logic behind it.

Going to be sad not being able to take my yearly trip up to Meredith to see the new equipment. Going to Manchester won't be the same, I think it will also really hurt Meredith's economy. It could be worse, they could have taken the company oversea's

While I enjoy a good snow storm I have figured out that Id rather live in warm weather and visit snow, then live in snow and visit warm weather....Now, if I can only find a viable way to leave PA.
