Random Quote: Make love, not war.-Hell, do both GET MARRIED!
Nothing like taking your own boat from Lauderdale, to Italy, to New Zealand etc etc.
They generally don't take their boats long distances. They have their captains do it. They then fly over in their $50M Boeing Business Jet, Gulfstream 650 or similar airplane.
seen how they live,, my wife used to work for one, Great guy, but penis factor you bet, we took his 74' Viking to the Big Rock on the 4th of July while he was at his wife's family reunion. Same weekend of the Tall ships festival,,, no parking so we rode my 20' skiff up the ICW and parked it in his transient slip while we were out fishing,
We caught 3 blue and one white Marlin, and I asked the captain how the owner liked the tackle,, he told me we were the first one's to fish with it!!
Long story short, my wife made the mistake of staying in the salon while we were on our way out and stayed seasick most of the trip, when we met the boss back at the dock for cocktails he asked her how she liked it, her reply, "Nicest boat I've ever thrown up on"! I fell out.
Oh yeah and the big penis thing, I got to see what it must be like, every woman we passed by while on that boat, could not take her eyes off it! The boat I mean,
Two years later he sold one of his companies for 600+ mil Went to Seattle and boat a 135ftr
yeah I've seen what it's like. They say money won't buy happiness but it can keep unhappiness away for a long time!
Why would anyone pay $15mil for a boat! You cant watch tv and fish, all you can do is drive around and get drunk in those boats. I can get drunk in a Yellowfin just as easy and have a lot more fun doing it. If it was me and my $15mil, I would buy a different 36 Yellowfin for everyday of the month. I have no use for one of those wastes of fiberglass.
Hell, I can get drunk on a piece of styrofoam floating down the river cheaper than that
All those boats look great and cost lots of money but over 1/2 of them are for charter. If I could afford one of them Hell if I would let anyone charter it.
Grandmother use to do all that knitting and she had one framed by her bed I will always remember. It read...
To feel rich, count the things in life you have that money can't buy.
To be rich, enjoy them every day.
I've delivered $250,000 dollar cars to kids in privet school (High School) from mom and daddy that live across the country.
You always have to tip your hat to those that have done better than you and to some point they deserve your respect but that in no way means they are happier.

NO!!! Tha pic is POST Obama!! All those boats were purchased with OUR money, Bailout money. Not only did they get OUR money, they are now on a free VACA for the rest of their lives to enjoy it!!
The wife and I were anchored in a cove when a mega yacht drops anchor in a space near us. The kids pull the small boats out of the garage and explore other area all day.
When it came time to leave a waterfall starts pouring out of the anchor openings in the bow to wash off the chain!
It dwarfs the volume of sea water I get from my bow washdown garden hose, so when I told the wife I wanted one of those washdown systems, she said no way.
Another time, the wife and I were achored not far from a mega yacht and they started to pull up anchor after dark.
The anchor stopped part way up. So an underling started working on it w/ a flashlight and pole.
I rotated my bow spotlight into position and lit up the side of his vessel so he could use two hands.
When they finally got free I got several toots of appreciation from their Kahlenberg air horn system that reverberated the entire area.
