Default Judge Yachts 24 Chesapeake soft top

We are about to take in a used 24 Chesapeake soft top. Boat was done custom for a client who was a sailboater who wanted a smaller picnic boat to run around in and fish from time to time. The boat has seen very little use and has less than 200 hours on her. I need to confirm the year but owner believes she is a 1998 or 1999. Power is twin 90 Hondas. The boat cruises around 25mpg and will see around 35mph at WOT.

Options include:
twin 90 hp Honda on bracket
cockpit steering station
marine head
Alexseal hull paint - couple of years old
many customizations.

Here are some photos from my camera phone:

Pretty, what the heck is the box in the center of the deck? Storage?
Outboard power, so not an inboard engine.

It is a custom storage box that the owner wanted as a table too. He used the boat for little picnic tours around the annapolis area (low salinity water). It is easily removed. There is a lot of storage in the boat as there is storage under the transom seat, under the port seat to the helm and under the v-berths.

Here is a photo of the inside of the box. Again, it can be easily removed should the new owner not want it.

Judge will consider trades on new boats depending upon the deal. This boat is a brokerage boat though and not owned by Judge. Judge will present an offer to the boats owner for you though.

cockpit steering stations are common around here. Allow you to run the boat while working the spread while trolling for striped bass here on the Chesapeake. We troll a lot of lines with planerboards at around 2-3knots.

I have one on my 27 Chesapeake

No throttles with twins. Motors are cable driven so they would require clutch and throttle controls.

The 24 is just a "blocked" mold of the 27 hull. Rides are said to be similar.
