Updated PM Winter Boat Cover website is live now. It is still a work in progress. Adding a Boat Cover Accessory store section, Specials, and I want to do a blog on the site. I sell RV covers and Golf Cart covers too. And Equipment covers.

working with a company that makes custom under the t-top boat covers for T-top/Hardtop boats to become a dealer. They do under the top boat covers for all size T-top and even cuddy hardtops! Can even quote cat boats. All covers made in the USA and out of Sunbrella.

Should hopefully have news by Monday.

Are you talking about console and helm covers that hang from the t-top?

I have a 22' SeaHunt Ultra. I am looking for a full boat cover, that does not cover the top of the T-Top.

Yes, I guess we can do those too. The owner of the company is getting ready for a boat show and has put off things with me for now til after the show.

Did desserts again at the Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, NJ. I made from scratch Pineapple upside down cupcakes with pineapple butter cream frosting and pineapple puree drizzle. And thanks to THT members, made a nice donation so a family of 4 can get a 3 course meal with dignity.

I've got a 26' Panga with center console and hard top. Can you make a cover to protect the leaning post, center console and the front seat attached to the console? If so, can you give me a "ball park" on pricing and then what you need from me to firm up the pricing please?

Thank you!

Default Boat cover support for bow area of T-top boats

Coming soon from PM Winter Boat Covers: Bow area cover support strapping for T-top boats.

I get asked all the time by customers on how to support the cover in the bow area for T-top boats. I normally suggest running a 2x4 or PVC pipe from the front of the T-top to the bow area. Some customers have asked about running line or a strap. I thought about this and met with my custom boat cover guy.

I have developed a very heavy duty webbing that will connect to the T-top framing and run down to the bow area cleats, giving you more than enough support for the cover in the bow area. I am working on having one made and taking pictures of it.

The strap is going to be made of 1.5" polypro webbing and will have a working load of 235lbs. There will be 2 quick release side buckles and plenty of webbing for adjustments. Thinking I might offer 48 feet of webbing, so there should be plenty for any size boat. Will come with a Lifetime Warranty, anything ever goes wrong with the system, I will repair/replace for free.

It is going to look something like the picture

Update 3/21 - 48ft might be way to long. There are 2 adjustable buckles, but I think 36ft might be plenty. Trying to find someone in South Jersey with T-top boat that will let me try it out for measurements. I will give them one for free if they let me try it on their boat.

Update 3/22 - Found a boat and will be trying the system out tomorrow. I did tweek it alittle. I also came up with a system for the back of the boat, to support the cover in the stern area. Hopefully posting pictures tomorrow.

Thom, Thank you for the opportunity. Please send me your email address and I will send over a couple T-top center console cover options for you.

Default T-top/Hardtop boat cover support system

Here is the problem I am going to eliminate, you see the sag in the bow area? The #1 killer of boat covers is pooling water. My new boat cover support system for T-top/Hardtop boats is going to eliminate that sag and that problem. I am going back to that boat next week to install my system and take pictures. You will see what a difference it makes. You will be able to install the system at least 3 different ways to support the cover. And I figure about 2 minutes to put it on, if that.

That is a Seal Skin cover I sold a guy last year, by the way.
