Why you want to sell it if you just obtained it?

The owner bought a house back on the flats and wants a tunnel hull, when the boat was bought this wasn't in the plans, but now he just wants something he can get behind his new home.

Thank you for the reply. The draft on this boat is 10" of water. I just had one built by Parker and it does well in skinny water as well offshore. Very fuel efficient boat to operate. The price is good too.

Didn't this boat sell a couple of months ago on here? I love this boat btw. It's setup just how I want it too except the engine size concerns me. I am curious about the HP at 200. Are there any published number for the yammies from 200 - 250 for this boat?

Ken, I bet the F200 is plenty on the 23' modified-vee hull.

(the boat in the picture is mistakenly a 2300 not a 23 SE)

200 should be pleanty for the mod v. There are some here on the Chesapeake that run f150's on them.. looks to be a good deal on a nice boat. i like the new console.

I don't like hand rails and did not want the forward platform, which both are an added option ($$$). However if this boat was placed for sale about a month earlier I would have bought it. I had Parker build me one. This is a GREAT price for this boat and the F200 is a fine motor for this application.

The sale will be through an individual, but there will not be a trailer at this price.
