I bought a rocket launcher and accessories from Birdsall about a month ago (Inv.No.3094). After delivery, I sent an email regarding some minor damage, etc. through the Birdsall website - the website says the email link goes "to the owner". It's been 3 weeks with no response. Hopefully I'll get a response through this post.

Nevertheless, I will say it's a first rate product and fast service.

Birdsall is better contacted by phone, not email or this website. They just don't monitor it regularly. It's a relatively small operation and pretty amazing when you consider all the products they kick out and the high quality.

So just call them and ask for Bobby Jr.

I don't know about the e-mails (I think I had one go unanswered also), but I've been able to talk to one of the owner-family members the two times when I've called...and haven't even asked for them. They are a decent company...and make top notch stuff.

I have always called and got right through. Email is inherently unreliable. Too many conflicting systems, spam filters, etc.
