SWING DOWN DRAWER starboard?

Good Morning!!

Looking for a swing down-hinged storage drawer about 24" wide and +/- 12" deep-high. Preferably made from starboard. Haven't been able to find anything pre-made.

Am I looking at custom or is there something out there with a piano hinge or some other method of attachment to fit under a standing shelf?
