Placed an order approx. 3 weeks ago for a 44" bench seat and was told it was being processed. Subsequent calls and there is no record of the order. The order was faxed in twice and approx. 4 calls were made to you and I have not received a return call. The order was for a 44" fold out rear bench seat and the back rest.

If you could please call us or give your telephone number by email we would be glad to expedite your order. I can not find any record of your order. We have had some changes in computer programs so there is a possibility your order may have sliped through. Again we appologize for this inconveince we are more than happy to build your folding seat.
