When I place the card in the slot all I get is a notation top right of screen. It says loading charts . But no chart appears. What is going on. Am I doing something wrong.

I have the same unit and have no trouble with charts. I've never seen that notation you refer to. Try putting the chart in with the unit turned off then switching it on.

The latest software update 3.240 from the their website includes a solution,for a problem reading certain of the 2006 Navionics charts.Good Luck.

Got the download from humminbird site. Had to update to the new version from 3.20 to 3.24. That did the trick. Thanks for your help.
