great location - can you please list the monthly Fees, rental restrictions...... and is there trailer storage/ramp onsite or nearby?

Monthly Condo Fees which include insurance are $315. There is no boat or trailer storage on site, however, there are multilple marinas and storage facilities within 10 miles to store a boat.

The condo association will allow you to rent, but it cannot be for a term less than 30 days which I beleive is actually a rule passed by the Village of Islamorada.
