2005/Bought Jan 22 06 Has 71 hrs 45 fresh water/26 salt. Perfectly maintained. Runs even better now then when new.. Flushed every time, even in the fresh water for much more then the 15 minutes the manual calls for. I'm adding a hard top to my 06 Grady 20ft so I'm upgrading to a f225. There is a 6 (six) year warranty with this motor that is transferable to the new owner... No prop or controls they stay with the boat.. For those back east I do Have the Title for this motor!!!!!!!!
